Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族。它被广泛表达，由恒定（C）区的γ重链组成。IgG是一种单体，分子量约为150 kDa。IgG的结构包含两条相同的重链和两条相同的轻链，分子量分别为50 kDa和25 kDa。该抗体的一级结构还包含连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链，并位于链内的二硫键。IgG 可进一步分为四种亚型，即IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4，而这四种亚型所含的不同重链分别称为 γ1、 γ2、 γ3 和 γ4。使用木瓜蛋白酶的有限消化将抗体切割成三个片段，其中两个片段相同，并具有抗原结合活性。第三个片段不具有抗原结合活性，被称为可结晶片段（Fc）。它与细胞和效应分子相互作用。Fc片段含有抗体分子的CH2和CH3结构域。母体IgG是唯一能通过胎盘转运至胎儿的抗体。它对婴儿进行被动免疫。
