Biochem/physiol Actions

黏着斑蛋白（VCL）是一种细胞骨架蛋白，可支持细胞与细胞和细胞与基质连接。它可控制粘附和运动以及细胞伸展，因此也基本参与了正常的胚胎发育和心脏功能。在成熟的黏着斑（FA）中，VCL是“分子离合器”的重要组成部分，“分子离合器”可将力从细胞质F-肌动蛋白传递至膜结合整合素。VCL的异常或突变会导致心肌病，这与高血压有关。实验研究表明，VCL或可作为衰老或心力衰竭的生物标志物。黏着斑蛋白与FA相关，参与多种细胞功能，如稳定和增强FA，促进其成熟、细胞外基质（ECM）机械敏感化，调节肌动蛋白的细胞骨架动力学和参与凋亡的信号转导途径。

General description

单克隆抗黏着斑蛋白（小鼠IgG1同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和纯化的人血小板黏着斑蛋白免疫小鼠的脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤6F7。在肌肉中，黏着斑蛋白存在于闰盘（心肌）粘附筋膜、神经肌肉接头、肌腱接头（骨骼肌）和平滑肌膜相关致密体中。
黏着斑蛋白（VCL）是一种广泛表达的细胞骨架蛋白，由定位于人类染色体10q11.2-qter 上的基因编码。VCL是粘附型细胞连接的重要成分。黏着斑蛋白结构包含一个球形头部，其通过富含脯氨酸的短序列连接到尾部结构域，头部与尾部之间的分子内相互作用掩盖了蛋白质中的各种配体结合位点。
