General description

Immunogen

Biochem/physiol Actions
β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(OGA)以及O-GlcNAc转移酶(OGT)是可调节循环中的O-连接N-乙酰葡糖胺的关键酶。OGA负责将靶蛋白中的修饰进行断裂。OGA也是被OGT糖基化的,并在这两种酶之间存在有一个调节反馈环。在与组蛋去乙酰化酶(HDAC)形成的转录共抑制复合物中,OGA和OGT是紧密结合在一起的。
