General description

MAP1LC3B基因(微管相关蛋白1轻链3β)是酵母中的自噬相关基因ATG8的一种同源基因。编码的蛋白质称为pro-MAP1LC3B,这是一种被ATG4裂解以产生MAP1LC3B-1胞浆形式的前体形式。 小鼠单克隆抗LC3B抗体(小鼠IgG2b同种型)来源于LC3B-6杂交瘤,该杂交瘤是由小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与用对应于人LC3B N末端区域的合成肽免疫的BALB / c小鼠脾细胞融合产生。

Immunogen
