Biochem/physiol Actions

神经丝是中间丝（IF）的一种，是支持神经元轴突细胞质的细胞骨架的主要成分。它在成熟的轴突中具有重要功能，而两个较小的神经丝蛋白却无法发挥作用。神经丝200缺陷是肌萎缩侧索硬化症（ALS）易感性的原因，这些积聚是病理性病变的标志。在一些病理性疾病中，如腓骨肌萎缩症（CMT）、神经纤维包涵体病（NFID）、巨轴突神经病（GAN）、糖尿病性神经病、脊髓性肌萎缩症（SMA）和痉挛性截瘫等，神经丝可在受影响神经元的细胞体和近端轴突内大量积聚。另外，在阿尔茨海默病（AD）和帕金森病（PD）患者体内检测到神经丝积聚。′′

General description

小鼠抗神经丝200单克隆抗体（小鼠IgG1同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的NE14杂交瘤。神经丝是由三个表观分子量为68（L）、160（M）和200（H）kDa的交织原纤维构成的，原纤维本身由两个单体蛋白四聚体原丝复合物组成。神经丝200又称神经丝重链多肽（Hsubunit）、NF-H、NEFH或200 kda神经丝蛋白。
