Biochem/physiol Actions

Nrf2 (核因子,红细胞2 相关因子2)参与抗氧化和抗炎反应的调节。该编码蛋白是一种转录因子,与靶基因的抗氧化反应元件结合。出于对氧化应激的响应,Nrf2上调与解毒、抗炎、细胞保护和抗氧化通路相关的酶的水平。通过调节磷酸戊糖途径,Nrf2影响癌症细胞中的葡萄糖代谢和ROS(活性氧)稳态。因此,现已确知Nrf2通过促进细胞增殖促使癌症发生。
