General description
抗PECAM-1抗体检测内源性的总PECAM-1蛋白水平。
血小板内皮细胞粘附分子1(PECAM-1)基因长75-kb，位于人类17号染色体长臂上。该基因编码130-kD的一种免疫球蛋白超家族蛋白。这种蛋白是内皮细胞间连接(intercellular junction)的重要成分。PECAM1在循环血小板、单核细胞、中性粒细胞和某些T细胞亚群的表面表达。

Biochem/physiol Actions
