General description
AKT1 (AKT 丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶1也称 v-akt 鼠胸腺瘤病毒致癌基因同系物1 和PKBα (蛋白激酶B)。它在肝脏、肌肉和脂肪细胞中表达。AKT1 基因位于人类染色体14q32上。它是AKT家族成员,具有氨基末端普列克底物蛋白同源 (pleckstrin homology,PH)结构域、短链α-螺旋连接子和羧基末端激酶结构域。
