General description
大鼠单克隆抗体RB6-8C5检测中性粒细胞常用的表面标志物Gr-1抗原的Ly6G组分。
淋巴细胞抗原6复合物，基因座G（Ly6G）是25kDa糖基磷脂酰肌醇（GPI）锚定的蛋白质。它是由定位于小鼠染色体15的基因编码的。编码的蛋白质属于Ly6/尿激酶纤溶酶原激活物受体（uPAR）家族。Ly6G的特征是通过4-5个二硫键稳定的“3指折叠”基序。Ly6G仅在小鼠中表达。
