General description
人类白细胞抗原(HLA)-DR是HLA II类分子的成员。它由定位于人类第6号染色体的基因编码。(21}HLA II类分子在B淋巴细胞上高度表达，但在T淋巴细胞，巨噬细胞，胸腺上皮细胞和各种身体组织的选定细胞上也以最低水平表达。HLA-DR由一个非多态性α链基因和多达三个不同的高度多态性β链基因组成。

Biochem/physiol Actions
