JWH-018, a synthetic cannabinoid, is a potent and selective full agonist at the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors. JWH-018 mimic the effects of Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and is found in several versions of the herbal mixture “Spice.”
