It stimulates autophagy in lung adenocarcinoma cells through activation of CaMKKβ-AMPK-mTOR pathway. β,β-Dimethylacrylshikonin facilitates wound healing through PI3K pathway. β,β-Dimethylacrylshikonin improves nonalcoholic fatty liver disease induced by a high-fat diet in rats.
