BODIPY TR has a narrow absorption range (~ 500-550 nm) and a broader emission range (~ 580-640 nm) for multi-color cell labeling. BODIPY TR-X offers an extended excited-state lifetime for fluorescence polarization assays and significant two-photon excitation capability.
