Application

柠檬黄也可用于荧光桃红-柠檬黄法染色细胞包涵体,如病毒聚集体和嗜酸性粒细胞颗粒。可替代Mallory三色染液中的橙黄G,也可配制甲基紫-柠檬黄混合液,染色粪涂片和黏膜刮片中的隐孢子虫。
