Application
兔源四环素阻遏蛋白 (TETR) 抗体可用于蛋白印迹分析。
Biochem/physiol Actions
四环素系统可用于研究真核细胞条件性基因表达系统。对于某些生物，TetR无需进一步的修饰即可用于这类应用。但对于哺乳动物和其他多种生物，TetR需要融合真核转录激活或阻遏因子才能成为有效的调控因子。TetR可与四环素抗生素作用，降低其与DNA的结合亲和力。
