Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

微管蛋白（48 kDa）是真核细胞中微管组织中心（MTOC）或中心体中广泛表达且高度保守的蛋白质。它属于微管蛋白超家族的成员，微管蛋白超家族包括α-和β-微管蛋白以及新发现的中心体相关蛋白δ-和ε-微管蛋白。γ发现-微管蛋白是一个包含至少五种其他蛋白质的大型蛋白复合物的成分，并具有与微管直径大致相同的环形结构（γ-微管蛋白环复合物，γ-TuRC）。其丰度不到α-微管蛋白或 β-微管蛋白水平的1％。 γ-微管蛋白与来自各种生物的α-微管蛋白具有28-32%的同一性，与β-微管蛋白具有32-36%的同一性，与δ-和ε微管蛋白具有29-30%的同一性。在α-，β-，γ-，δ-和ε-微管蛋白之间，某些区域（包括那些被认为与GTP）结合的区域）高度保守。

Immunogen
