General description

微管蛋白是一种分子量为100 kDa 的蛋白,在所有细胞中以两种相似多肽α和ββ的异源二聚体形式存在并组装形成微管。微管的正确组装是细胞有丝分裂、减数分裂、某些形式的细胞器运动、细胞内转运、鞭毛运动和细胞骨架功能等多种细胞功能的必要基础。抗β-微管蛋白 I 单克隆抗体可用于 ELISA 定位β微管蛋白亚型 I,并可用于免疫印迹定位培养的人类和动物细胞。小鼠抗β-微管蛋白 I 抗体与人、大鼠、狗、牛、仓鼠、小鼠、鸡和爪蟾的β微管蛋白 C 末端序列中的表位发生特异性反应
