General description
TMB增强型单组分HRP膜底物是一种即用型溶液，含有溶于弱酸性缓冲液中的3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺（TMB）。TMB是辣根过氧化物酶的底物。该底物系统将与膜上含过氧化物酶的位点发生反应，产生不溶性的永久深蓝色反应产物。如需停止反应，请用试剂级水冲洗膜。 不建议将该底物用于微孔或免疫组织化学应用。

TMB增强型单组分HRP膜底物已被用作辣根过氧化物酶（HRP） 的比色底物，用于通过电化学酶夹心法检测生物体液中的白细胞介素 6 (IL-6)。
