General description

可在所有免疫测定中对抗体进行稀释的缓冲液。该缓冲液不含任何哺乳动物蛋白、磷酸盐、叠氮化钠或汞防腐剂,可用于稀释所有抗体,包括过氧化物酶偶联物和磷蛋白抗体。不适合稀释针对S100蛋白的抗体。

Application

该通用抗体稀释缓冲液已被用于免疫印迹中。
