General description

YPD肉汤是一种营养通用的液体生长培养基，常用来维持和繁殖毕赤酵母、酿酒酵母和其他酵母。它是一种用于分子克隆、蛋白质表达或富集的培养基。动物组织的消化提供氮营养。酵母提取物提供氮营养物质以及维生素B复合物。葡萄糖为酿酒酵母的生长提供碳水化合物和能量来源。

Preparation Note

1.取50 g溶于1L蒸馏水中。
