Preparation Note

将41克酵母麦芽糖琼脂悬浮在1000 毫升蒸馏水中。加热至沸腾,使培养基完全溶解。在121 °C下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。如需制备选择性培养基,将培养基酸化至pH 3.0-4.0或添加抗生素。加酸后不得加热培养基。
