Preparation Note
A. 氮同化试验
制备10x肉汤基础浓缩液:将11.7g酵母碳源基础溶于100mL蒸馏水中。添加适当的氮源。必要时可加热使培养基完全溶解。过滤灭菌。
B.检测酵母,酿酒酵母除外
将2.35g酵母碳源基础溶于100mL蒸馏水中。
C.检测啤酒和其他酿造成分中的野生酵母
将0.33g硫酸铵(货号A2939)和4g细菌学琼脂(货号A5306)加入B基础液。15 lbs压力下 (121°C) 高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。
