Preparation Note
Reconstitute lyophilized antibody pellet with 25μL of ultrapure water or Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS). Please refer to our reconstitution protocol and the specific application guidance on the suggested starting dilutions and sample type.
Recommend storage of lyophilized product at 2-8°C; Before reconstitution, micro-centrifuge vials briefly to spin down material to bottom of the vial; Reconstitute each vial by adding 25 µL of filtered lab grade water or PBS; Reconstituted antibodies can be stored at 2-8°C, or -20°C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaws.

General description
Succinate receptor 1 (UniProt: Q9BXA5; also known as G-protein coupled receptor 91, P2Y purinoceptor 1-like) is encoded by the SUCNR1 (also known as GPR91) gene (Gene ID: 56670) in human. Succinate receptor is a multi-pass membrane glycoprotein that belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor family with seven transmembrane domains. It serves as a receptor for succinate. SUCNR1 intracellular signaling is depended on the associated subunit type (G i, G s, and G q). Its expression is observed in kidney. Within the adaptive immune system, it has been detected in CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and in all subsets of B cells. T cells from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are reported to release large amounts of IL-10 and succinate following activation with oxidized mitochondrial DNA. Although its expression in the healthy CNS is reported to be low, its activation is considered as a key in the response of CNS cells to hypoxic-ischemic injury and inflammatory damage. Physical form
Purified recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody IgG, lyophilized in PBS, 5% Trehalose, normal appearance a coarse or translucent resin. The PBS/trehalose components in the ZooMAb formulation can have the appearance of a semi-solid (bead like gel) after lyophilization. This is a normal phenomenon. Please follow the recommended reconstitution procedure in the data sheet to dissolve the semi-solid, bead-like, gel-appearing material. The resulting antibody solution is completely stable and functional as proven by full functional testing. Contains no biocide or preservatives, such as azide, or any animal by-products.
