General description

Application
CRM的用途如下：
- 采用液相色谱-电喷雾电离-串联质谱法(LC-ESI-MS/MS)，同时分析化妆品样中的N-亚硝基二乙醇胺、N-亚硝基二乙胺、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺。
- 固相萃取8种沙坦(sartan)、雷尼替丁和二甲双胍原料药及成品药(fortified product)中的N-亚硝基二乙胺和N-亚硝基甲基乙基胺，通过气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法进行定量分析。
- 采用涡旋反相分散液液微萃取法(VA-RP-DLLME)和液相色谱-质谱法(LC-MS)，多残留分析2种身体乳和2种沐浴露样品中的7种限用亚硝胺。
- 通过气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)技术，定量分析4种沙坦类药物—坎地沙坦酯(candesartan cilexetil)、奥美沙坦酯(olmesartan medoxomil)、厄贝沙坦(irbesartan)和缬沙坦(valsartan)中的亚硝胺。
- 采用超声溶剂萃取-固相微萃取(SPME)和GC-MS技术，测定28种流行肉制品样中的8种挥发性亚硝胺。
