一般描述

该认证标准物质(CRM)根据ISO 17034和ISO/IEC 17025生产和认证。本CRM的所有使用信息参见分析证书(COA)。

N-亚硝基二乙胺属于有毒亚硝胺类物质,具有致癌、致突变性和肝毒性。在食品加工、药物加工和水处理中以副产物形式产生,因此常见于水体、鱼类、肉类和药品等。

应用

CRM的用途如下:
  • 采用液相色谱-电喷雾电离-串联质谱法(LC-ESI-MS/MS),同时分析化妆品样中的N-亚硝基二乙醇胺、N-亚硝基二乙胺、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺。
  • 固相萃取8种沙坦(sartan)、雷尼替丁和二甲双胍原料药及成品药(fortified product)中的N-亚硝基二乙胺和N-亚硝基甲基乙基胺,通过气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法进行定量分析。
  • 采用涡旋反相分散液液微萃取法(VA-RP-DLLME)和液相色谱-质谱法(LC-MS),多残留分析2种身体乳和2种沐浴露样品中的7种限用亚硝胺。
  • 通过气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)技术,定量分析4种沙坦类药物—坎地沙坦酯(candesartan cilexetil)、奥美沙坦酯(olmesartan medoxomil)、厄贝沙坦(irbesartan)和缬沙坦(valsartan)中的亚硝胺。
  • 采用超声溶剂萃取-固相微萃取(SPME)和GC-MS技术,测定28种流行肉制品样中的8种挥发性亚硝胺。
