General description
该试验混合物基于 Grob 开发的综合混合物 (Grob等人, J. Chromatogr. 156 (1978) 第1页)。可用于测量色谱柱对许多分析物类型的亲和力：
- 正烷烃（癸烷和十一烷）测量柱效。
- 脂肪酸甲酯（癸酸甲酯、月桂酸甲酯和十一酸甲酯）测定柱效。
- 乙醇（1-辛醇）和二醇（2,3-丁二醇）测定是否存在氢键结合位点（暴露的硅醇）。
- 醛（壬醛）通过氢键以外的方法测量饱和醛的吸附。
- 胺（二环己基胺）测量不可逆吸附。
- 酸/碱对（2,6-二甲基苯酚/2,6-二甲基苯胺）测量酸/碱表面特征。
- 酸/碱对（2-乙基己酸/二环己基胺）测量酸/碱表面特征。
