Biochem/physiol Actions
将抗凝血液铺在HISTOPAQUE1083上。离心时，红细胞被聚多糖聚集并迅速沉淀，而淋巴细胞和其他单个核细胞保留在血浆-HISTOPAQUE1083分界面。红细胞会沉淀到离心管的底部。
