Biochem/physiol Actions
程序性细胞死亡1配体2（PD-L2）或CD抗原273（CD273）的表达会通过干扰素-γ（IFNG /IFN-γ）刺激在单核细胞中上调，并在由外周血单核细胞生长而来的树突状细胞中，可通过集落刺激因子2（CSF2）和白介素4（IL-4）进行诱导。PD-L2参与共刺激信号，这对T细胞以不依赖PDCD1的方式增殖和产生IFNG至关重要。PD-L2与PDCD1的相互作用可通过阻止细胞周期进程和细胞因子产生而抑制T细胞增殖。
