N,N′,N′′-Tritosyldiethylenetriamine is a tosyl derivative and its complexation with Ag(I) and Cu(II) is reported.

Application

N,N′,N′′-Tritosyldiethylenetriamine disodium salt may be used in the preparation of tritosylate of 1,4,7-triazacyclononane, via reaction with 1,2-dibromoethane in DMF. It may be used in the preparation of 1,4,7-triazacyclononane, via reaction with ditosyl derivative of 1,2-ethanediol.
