General description
1cm x 1cm Si wafer substrate, {100}, 300-550 μm thick, n-doped, resistivity 1-10 ohm-cm.
Multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs, CNTs) was prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). The CNTs formed can be formed in bundles over a catalyst support or in patterns over substrates.1 Each MWCNT is tipped with nickel-catalyst particle with diameter equal to diameter of the nanotube.
