General description
Strontium aluminate, europium and dysprosium doped is a luminescent compound, which can be used in persistent luminous paints, inks, and ceramics. It can be synthesized by a variety of methods such as sol-gel, hydrothermal synthesis, solid-state reactions, and combustion reactions. It can also be utilized in the preparation of efficient bifunctional structural layers for the fabrication of quantum dot dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs).
Application
Long persistent green phosphor
SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ can be as a green phosphor for applications in cathode ray tubes, smart textiles, and dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs).
