General description

Ink composition:
Ink contains water, 2-butoxyethanol, 1-methoxy-2-prapanol and 1, 2 propanediol with polythiophene conductive polymer and non-conductive polymer.

Application

Recommended Application methods: Spin Coating, Slot Die Coating.

Preparation Note

  • Do not freeze. Quality is compromised if ink goes through freeze-thaw cycle even once.
  • Adding ink directly to water may cause precipitation.
  • Blending with other solvents may cause precipitation.
  • Printing/coating equipment should be primed with solvent system of approximately a 60:40 ratio of water to 2-butoxyethanol prior to introducing ink.
  • Dried ink can be cleaned with a 1:1 mixture of water and methanol.
