General description

This product is designed to be used for screen printed working electrodes. It gives excellent electrochemical performance with good reversibility when using cyclic voltammetry.

Features and Benefits

This ink can be used in conjunction with UV dielectrics and ink is slow drying.

Preparation Note

PRODUCT MUST BE STIRRED PRIOR TO USE.

Screen Printing Equipment: automatic, semi-automatic, manual
Ink Screen Life: >3 hours
Screen Types: Stainless steel, polyester, mesh 156-230 tpi

Typical Drying Conditions :
For box-oven drying, 60°C for 30 minutes or 80°C for 10-15 minutes
For belt-drier ovens, 130°C for 10 minutes of element exposure

Clean-up solvent : ethoxy propanol or sericol screen cleaner

Substrate: polyester, PVC, polycarbonate or ceramic
