General description
透明质酸(HA)是细胞外基质中由交替相间的D-葡萄糖醛酸和N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖聚合而成的线性多糖。HA常用于化学改性制备共价交联的水凝胶。HA还可用于细胞表面受体CD44和RHAMM识别以及透明质酸酶催化降解。
