General description

RuPhos Pd G6 is a G6 Buchwald precatalyst. The G6 precatalysts are air-stable, palladium-based oxidative addition complexes (OACs) that offer an alternative to the previously developed classes of palladacycle precatalysts. Unlike previous generations, the bulkiest biarylphosphine ligand precatalysts are readily prepared. These precatalysts have been shown to be effective for many reactions, including C-N, C-O, and C-F cross couplings.
RuPhos Pd G6 has been synthesized via mechanochemistry in air.
We are committed to bringing you Greener Alternative Products, which adhere to one or more of The 12 Principles of Green Chemistry. This product has been enhanced for catalytic efficiency. Click here for more information.

Organic reactions that employ moisture- and/or oxygen-sensitive reagents or intermediates usually involve the use of glove-box or Schlenk-line techniques as well as dry and degassed solvents. Unfortunately, these requirements may greatly reduce the utility of the targeted organic molecules. Herein

Articles

Buchwald G6 precatalysts are oxidative addition complexes that are thermally, air, and moisture stable. The catalyst activation doesn’t require a base and generates innocuous byproducts.

Our team of scientists has experience in all areas of research including Life Science, Material Science, Chemical Synthesis, Chromatography, Analytical and many others.
