General description

Approvals
  • Approved to EN 405:2002
  • Category FFA1P2D, assigned Protection Factor 10 or 1000ppm for Gas and Particulates
  • Suitable for use under COSHH, CAW, CLAW and IRR
  • Exempt from maintenance requirements of CoSHH regulations if disposed of within one month
Developed to meet the stringent requirements of the new European Standard EN405, these respirators have one piece carbon filter elements and built-in particulate filters together with a parabolic exhalation valve for easier breathing. A soft, low profile face piece made of special non-allergenic material reduces skin irritation and makes these respirators comfortable to wear.
All these respirators should only be used for protection against hazards with good warning properties (e.g. smell or taste) and providing the concentrations of hazardous substances are not immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH)
