General description
These funnels are designed to deliver free-flowing granular material to reactions by turning the auger feed. Delivery can be continuous or a single charge. Funnels are designed with large top openings with GL 45 threaded closures. PTFE auger can be removed easily for cleaning and is designed for vacuum applications. Only the 500 mL size has a clean out side-arm port. Supplied complete with auger and top cap.
Other Notes
When assembling the auger into the remaining equipment, the auger unit must be fully advanced past the glass threads. Use water to moisten the o-ring when necessary. Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling glassware.
