General description
The AldraSorb packets are made from an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, electronic grade, hydrophobic membrane that contains pharmaceutical quality molecular sieves. The full filtration capability of the molecular particulates is maintained and the surrounding solvent is not compromised. Packets are vacuum sealed.
Note: These traps are not recommended for solvents having more than 0.05% or 500 ppm of water. They should not be used in acidic solvents.
- Maintains low levels of water impurities for up to 3 months
- Ideal for solid-phase and solution-phase peptide synthesis
- Effectively dries solvents to below 50 ppm
