Single-stage
regulators reduce source pressure in a single step and are suited for applications where minor fluctuations in delivery pressure is acceptable, such as high-purity sampling, manufacturing, trace analysis, and purging operations.
Dual-stage regulators reduce source pressure in two steps and are suited for applications that require constant pressure, such as GC instrumentation using PID, HID, or ECD detection methods, calibration standards, semiconductor applications, and doping operations.
Specifications:
  • 316 stainless steel construction
  • Nickel-plated brass bonnet
  • PFA seats, metal to metal seals
  • 3,000 psig max. inlet pressure
