General description

Bupropion belongs to the group of antidepressant drugs and is commonly used for the management of depressive disorders and in non-nicotine anti-depressant therapy for quitting smoking. It has been proposed that its mode of action in combating smoking involves changing systems related to both the dopamine and norepinephrine neurotransmitters.

Application
