General description

3′-Hydroxystanozolol is a major urinary metabolite of stanozolol, an anabolic androgenic steroid. Stanozolol is used as a treatment for osteoporosis and steroid-deficiency but has also been abused in sports as a performance-enhancing drug. This internal standard is suitable for quantitation of 3′-Hydroxystanozolol levels in urine, serum, or plasma by LC/MS or GC/MS for sports testing, urine drug testing, or forensic analysis.
