General description

Suitable for DNA and RNA separation and sequencing. Premixed powder offers the convenience of three standard ratios of acrylamide to bis-acrylamide for convenience and safety. Reconstitute with deionized water to a final volume of 100 ml for the 40 g size and 500 ml for the 200 g size; yields a 40% working solution of 19:1 ratio. Molecular biology grade.
