mTSB broth Selective Supplement is to be used with GranuCult® mTSB (modified Tryptic Soy Broth) acc. USDA-FSIS (1.40011) to suppress the growth of accompanying flora of Gram-positive bacteria during culturing Escherichia coli O157:H7.
