NaCl Peptone Broth is a general diluent used for sample preparation. The solution′s low peptone content maintains organisms′ viability without promoting growth. Sodium chloride maintains the osmotic balance of the medium, thereby preserving cell integrity. The neutral range of medium pH is optimum for the viability of microorganisms.

Application

NaCl Peptone Broth is used as a protective and isotonic diluent for different test method in microbiological area and for maximum recovery of microorganisms.
