General description
Crude collagenase preparation that contains higher clostripain and tryptic activity than Type I. Useful in tissue dissociation studies in which a combination of collagenase and high proteolytic activity is required.
Crude collagenase solid prepared to contain higher clostripain and tryptic activity than Type I. Useful in tissue dissociation studies in which a combination of collagenase and high proteolytic activity is required. Has an optimal pH of 7.0-8.0.
Preparation Note
Unstable in solution; reconstitute just prior to use.
