General description

This product has been discontinued.

Protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor. Competitively inhibits protein tyrosine phosphatase activity in membrane preparations from human neoplastic T cell line (IC50 = 7.7 µM). Reported to mobilize intracellular calcium stores. Could serve as a stable NO donor for S-nitrosylation of proteins.

Protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor. Competitively inhibits protein tyrosine phosphatase activity in a membrane preparation from a human neoplastic T-cell line (IC50 = 7.7 µM). Inhibits homogenous recombinant Yersinia and mammalian protein tyrosine phosphatases in a concentration and time-dependent manner.
