General description
Full-length, recombinant, human Hsp90β (amino acids 1-724) fused to a His Tag® sequence at the N-terminus and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells. Hsp90β a heat shock protein is involved in signal transduction, cell cycle progression, and apoptosis. Moreover, the expression of Hsp90&beta is increased in response to IL-6.
