This Anti-Hsp90 Rat mAb (16F1) is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Electron Microscopy for the detection of Hsp90.

This antibody also works in plants, specifically cotton, by immunoblot analysis. Has also been reported to work for immunoprecipitation, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and electron microscopy. Note: Rat immunoglobulins do not react well with protein A. For immunoprecipitation, protein G is recommended. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
