General description

For immunohistochemistry, the recommended working dilution is ≥1:40 (with biotin based detection systems). For fixation, 10% formalin buffered to neutral pH is recommended. This antibody has also been reported to work for ELISA. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilutions.
