Description

General description

An antagonist selective for mAChRs (K_i = 0.57, 7.3, 0.37, 0.72 and 0.55 nM at human M1, M2, M3, M4, and M5 receptors respectively). Used frequently in investigating the functional roles of M1 and M3 receptors in both central and peripheral nervous systems.
