This product has been discontinued.



Enzymatic component of the holotoxin. Has both NAD-glycohydrolase and ADP-ribosyltransferase activities. Inhibits neutrophil-mediated inflammation in vivo via its ADP-ribosylation activity. Unable to penetrate cells in the absence of the B oligomer.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, refrigerate (4°C). Stock solutions, prepared from high ionic strength buffers, are stable for up to 3 months at 4°C.
Reconstitute with 500 µl sterile dH₂O or high ionic buffer.
